Howdy everyone,
I know it has been over a year since I posted. So much has happened since the last post that I will not be able to catch you up on everything. This is all in a nut shell! Our house has not sold and the other one is 3/4 of the way done, but we cannot finish it until the Lord sells the one we are in now. We trust Him and know He knows what is going on even if we don't. If he choses to put us in the fire I guess in the fire we will go. The cool (get it cool part in the fire)part is we know He will be with us and we will come out without a singe (I thing that is how you spell it).
Anyway we are waiting on our precious Lord for His will to be done in our lives.
"Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD" Psalm 27:14
The church is doing well, we are having a normal summer with folks in and folks out, but still a very consistant group. We are still amazed that the Lord choose us to do His work in this way, we are truly blessed.
"And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;" I Timothy 1:12
We visted Ben and Tiffany and the kids here a few weeks ago. They are doing well, the Lord has some plans for them we could see it coming down the path, they just don't know it yet. I love those kids, they were so good and fun to have with us. Jesh, Obi and Mila stayed with us in our room for several nights, it was fun. We did all the sites and ate a lot and just plan had fun. We really enjoyed ourselves, more for the company then the sites though. "As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country. "Proverbs 25:25
